Transfer to harbor about twenty minutes. Meet the crew then go to Tanjung Puting National Park, you will enter a river who is called Sungai Sekonyer.
Spotting wildlife from the boat, while lunch will served on Klotok, you are boating up about two hours to get the first camp called Tanjung Harapan, It has time to see Orangutan at 15:00 pm. You will take a walk about twenty five minutes to get the a place of Orangutan feeding. After you see Orangutan you back to the klotok and continue to see proboscis monkey, they normally hang on the trees in the afternoon.

Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions below govern the relationship between you and us, Wongutan Tour. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All the details listed here, to the best of our knowledge, are accurate, and we have published them in good faith.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Upon receiving your booking request, we will begin assisting you in creating a pleasant tour plan that meets your specific needs and interests within 24 hours.

2. It is highly recommended that your tour reservation be made at least 30 days before the actual travel date.

3. Only 50% or fully paid tours will be considered confirmed. Listed rates are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Cancellations, delays, revisions, and amendments must be made 3 weeks before departure during the Off-Season (December to May) and 1 month before departure during the peak season (June to August).

5. We are not responsible for commitments not made by Wongutan in writing. Once the tour has commenced, no refunds or exchanges will be made for unused portions.

6. Wongutan tour packages do not include Travel Insurance. We highly recommend that you purchase full-coverage travel insurance for yourself.

7. Wongutan tour will not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or irregularity that may occur to the client’s property arising from causes beyond our control.

8. Our services only cover the services listed on the Sales Invoice.

9. No refunds can be made if clients cancel their visit to the tour package we have arranged.

AIR ARRANGEMENTS

1. Wongutan Tour is not responsible if the airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for any reason. If you miss your departure or connecting flight, you are responsible for coordinating with the airline that provided the ticket to reach your destination. Wongutan Tour will not provide a refund for any part of the trip missed due to canceled, rescheduled, or delayed flights after check-in at the airport, nor will Wongutan Tour be responsible for any additional costs you may incur before joining the trip if you miss your departure or connecting flight.

2. If you arrange your own flight schedule, Wongutan Tour will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to cancellation or changes in international gateways, itineraries, or travel dates. We recommend that you avoid purchasing airline tickets with high penalties for changes.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be provided for unused nights, including those resulting from late check-in or early check-out.

In case of bad weather, only rebooking can be done with applicable fees. This package can be transferred to someone else.

No refunds will be provided for confirmed bookings. No refunds for on-the-spot cancellations or no-shows.

No refunds will be provided if any of the services included in our tour package cannot be delivered during the tour due to reasons beyond our control, such as natural forces, including typhoons, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.

All deposit payments are non-refundable.

INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
The price includes: Accommodation, inbound and outbound transfers, tours/cruises, government taxes, meals and beverages, entrance fees, and Tour Guide.

The price does NOT include: Any expenses incurred during travel to and from the destination, alcoholic beverages, phone calls, personal items, and personal services not specified as included in the fees on the relevant webpage for each supplier’s product.

 Diverifikasi  Tour di 4 giorni nella giungla del Tanjung Puting Esperienza eccezionale ed indimenticabile! Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso 3 notti e 4 giorni sull'imbrcazione tipica, il klotok, dotata di materasso sul pontile per dormire immersi nella natura, sdraio per godersi il panorama e un piccolo bagno. La guida, Jea, è stata fantastica. Molto preparata e competente, gentile e disponibile a soddisfare qualunque necessità. Con noi c'erano poi la cuoca, che ha cucinato piatti sempre diversi e tipici ( sottolineo la particolare attenzione alla dieta senza glutine), il capitano della barca con l'aiutante. L'esperienza é molto autentica nonostante l'elevata presenza di turismo. I paesaggio e i luoghi attraversati sono ambienti naturali assolutamente tipici e caratteristici. Siamo riusciti ad avvisare gli oranghi nelle tre feeding stations ed è stato molto emozionante. Durante tutto il percorso si possono avvistare moltissime altre scimmie, comprese le scimmie proboscide. Avendo prenotato il tour di 3 notti é stato possibile trascorrere l'ultimo pomeriggio in lancia, percorrendo un fiume secondario immerso nella giungla. In generale rimane comunque un'esperienza piuttosto avventurosa che richiede quindi un notevole spirito di adattamento ma è sicuramente consigliata
