PAYMENT METHOD

Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions below govern the relationship between you and us, Wongutan Tour. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All the details listed here, to the best of our knowledge, are accurate, and we have published them in good faith.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Upon receiving your booking request, we will begin assisting you in creating a pleasant tour plan that meets your specific needs and interests within 24 hours.

2. It is highly recommended that your tour reservation be made at least 30 days before the actual travel date.

3. Only 50% or fully paid tours will be considered confirmed. Listed rates are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Cancellations, delays, revisions, and amendments must be made 3 weeks before departure during the Off-Season (December to May) and 1 month before departure during the peak season (June to August).

5. We are not responsible for commitments not made by Wongutan in writing. Once the tour has commenced, no refunds or exchanges will be made for unused portions.

6. Wongutan tour packages do not include Travel Insurance. We highly recommend that you purchase full-coverage travel insurance for yourself.

7. Wongutan tour will not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or irregularity that may occur to the client’s property arising from causes beyond our control.

8. Our services only cover the services listed on the Sales Invoice.

9. No refunds can be made if clients cancel their visit to the tour package we have arranged.

AIR ARRANGEMENTS

1. Wongutan Tour is not responsible if the airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for any reason. If you miss your departure or connecting flight, you are responsible for coordinating with the airline that provided the ticket to reach your destination. Wongutan Tour will not provide a refund for any part of the trip missed due to canceled, rescheduled, or delayed flights after check-in at the airport, nor will Wongutan Tour be responsible for any additional costs you may incur before joining the trip if you miss your departure or connecting flight.

2. If you arrange your own flight schedule, Wongutan Tour will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to cancellation or changes in international gateways, itineraries, or travel dates. We recommend that you avoid purchasing airline tickets with high penalties for changes.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Tidak ada pengembalian uang untuk malam yang tidak dimanfaatkan, termasuk yang diakibatkan oleh keterlambatan check-in atau check-out lebih awal.

Jika cuaca buruk, hanya pemesanan ulang yang dapat dilakukan dengan biaya masing- masing. Paket ini dapat dipindahtangankan ke orang lain.

Tidak ada pengembalian uang untuk semua pemesanan yang sudah dikonfirmasi. Tidak ada pengembalian uang untuk pembatalan di tempat atau ketidakhadiran.

Tidak ada pengembalian uang yang dapat dilakukan apabila salah satu layanan yang termasuk dalam paket wisata kami tidak dapat disediakan pada saat tur berlangsung karena alasan di luar kendali kami seperti yang disebabkan oleh kekuatan alam, seperti angin topan, gempa bumi, atau bencana alam lainnya yang mungkin terjadi.

Semua Pembayaran Deposit Tidak Dapat Dikembalikan.

INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Harga sudah termasuk: Akomodasi, transfer masuk keluar, tur/pelayaran, pajak pemerintah, makanan dan minuman, Biaya masuk, Pemandu Wisata.

The price does NOT include: Any expenses incurred during travel to and from the destination, alcoholic beverages, phone calls, personal items, and personal services not specified as included in the fees on the relevant webpage for each supplier’s product.
